1. forum and general user behavior
1.1. You need to view at least 10 games before you can participate in the Forum for the first time.
1.2. You must be respectful towards other users at all times. Failing to do so may lead to the revocation of your Forum privileges.
1.3. Any form and/or attempt of intimidation, abuse, threat or disrespect against Bigtowin and/or Bigtowin staff/assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the revocation of your Forum privileges, as well as the permanent suspension of your account or the loss of other benefits.
1.4. Topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial towards Bigtowin, its users, sponsors, or service providers are strictly prohibited.
1.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers / exchange / requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsensical posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links, and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.
2. user account
2.1. Your login password must be kept private and confidential at all times. We provide additional security features to help safeguard your account and it is recommended that you use them to protect it.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts involved. This also applies to your payment processor account(s), which must be unique and cannot be shared with another user.
2.3. Each advertisement can be viewed multiple times by the same IP address but credited only once per 24 hours. Accessing your account from proxies / VPN or shared network environments (such as but not limited to, schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
2.4. Your account needs to have a unique username and email address.
2.5. Accounts are not transferable.
2.6. Bigtowin will not modify user account information upon user request. For security reasons, only users can modify the data in their own accounts directly on their personal settings page.
2.7. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their accounts permanently suspended.
2.8. A computer must only be used by a single user account to view advertisements. If multiple accounts are used for the purpose of viewing advertisements on a single computer, all accounts involved will be permanently suspended.
2.9. You must not automatically redirect any page to Bigtowin or include the Bigtowin site inside any other site, visible or not.
2.10. Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
2.11. All currency values shown in your account including purchases and withdrawals are in United States dollars (USD).
3.1. You may only earn from referrals that you rented and / or directly referred to yourself.
3.2. You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. In addition, you cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals nor any get paid to sign up offers including, but not limited to, PTSU. Such incidents may result in your account being permanently suspended.
3.3. Users can only have direct referrals after being members for at least 15 days and having at least 100 clicks. Any attempts to acquire direct referrals before the aforementioned requirements are met will fail.
3.4. The maximum number of direct referrals a user can have depends on the user's membership, pack, as well as membership time. Users can see the limit on the direct referrals listing page. The maximum number of rented referrals a user can have depends on the user's membership and pack. The respective limits are available on our Help page.
3.5. Rented referrals are distributed based on an activity rule but we cannot predict or assure how they will behave afterward. Rented referrals have a return policy. If a rented referral of yours does not click any advertisements within 14 consecutive days, you will automatically get your referral exchanged within 24 hours for no additional charge.
3.6. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership and pack. Having more referrals than the maximum allowed will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all referrals.
3.7. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 1 advertisements as a Standard / Pioneer member or at least 1 advertisements as a Golden member, you will receive all clicks made by your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive will be equal to the number of clicks you have made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. Referral clicks will be calculated according to the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time as seen in the "View Advertisements" page. The advertisements that count are Extended Exposure, Standard Exposure, and Orange Fixed Advertisements.
3.8. Allowing a referral to expire will result in a fee ranging from $0.01 to $0.05 depending on your current membership/pack. The aforementioned fee will be increased by $0.03 and it will be cumulatively increased by $0.03 per referral for every 100 additional referrals the user allowed to expire after the first 300 expired referrals for Standard members and after the first 200 expired referrals for Golden members with or without a Golden Pack. The totals will be calculated based on the number of referrals a user has allowed to expire until none has expired in the last 30 days, plus the ones expiring at the moment, and the fee will be processed accordingly. The expiration fee will always be deducted directly from your Main Balance. In case of insufficient funds, your Main Balance will become negative.
3.9. A referral will never be able to modify/remove their referrer.
4. anti-cheat policy
4.1. Any attempt to hack into the system in any way will be logged.
4.2. When you request a payout, our monitoring system will analyze all your previous actions and act accordingly. Monitoring will be constant, to ensure our systems' stability and our users' account safety.
5. payments to users
5.1. All payments will be made via Skrill, NETELLER, AirTM, and Tipalti. No other method of payment is available at this time.
5.2. All Payments, except for those made via Tipalti, will be sent and delivered by the selected payment processor instantly. Payments made via Tipalti will be sent instantly upon request but will be delivered within a few business days by the said payment processor.
5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $1 for each consecutive cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10. From the amount paid, a fee may be deducted depending on the payment processor you use. If applicable, this fee will be shown to you as an amount deduction before confirming the payment request. Certain payment methods may require a different minimum amount and will be signaled accordingly. The maximum amount a user can request per cashout is $1000.
5.4. Users are responsible for selecting their desired payment method and entering they're correct and existing Skrill / AirTM email addresses and/or NETELLER ID and/or payment details in the Tipalti profile. All payments will go directly to the given email address(es) / NETELLER ID / Tipalti profile. In the event of payment failure and/or cancellation, all applicable fees will be paid by the user.
5.5. After requesting a payment, the user must wait for 4 days before requesting another. This limit is lower in certain Golden Packs.
5.6. Users that allowed 200 rented referrals or more to expire within the past 30 days will be temporarily unable to request payments until they complete 30 consecutive days with less than 200 expired rented referrals.
6.1. All advertised websites are shown inside an iFrame and it is the advertiser's responsibility to verify that the website being advertised both works and displays correctly and as intended inside an iFrame. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, contain malicious code, redirect to another page, do not serve all content over HTTPS, contain adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling/betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Furthermore, any advertisement that uses Bigtowin's name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds, as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
6.2. A user can only earn from each advertisement once every 24 hours.
6.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement we do not see fit to be displayed.
6.4. Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones/tablets. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account. Advertisements must only be clicked using a mouse and a computer and not by any other methods.
7. payments to Bigtowin
7.1. All payments are to be made using the links and / or buttons available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
7.2. All purchases and related payments concern digital content rendered at the time of purchase. Should you face any issue with any of your purchases, you can contact our support team by submitting a support ticket.
7.3. Any fraud and / or fraudulent attempt related to payments can lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
8. account suspension
8.1. You have the right to have your account permanently suspended by manually closing it or by exercising your right to be forgotten and allowing it to be permanently suspended due to inactivity.
8.2. All permanently suspended accounts will be archived and stripped of all non-essential data preventing their recovery and / or utilization.
8.3. The permanent suspension of an account results in its immediate cancellation.
8.4. After 30 consecutive days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and a positive Main Balance will be reset. An account that remains inactive for 60 consecutive days or for the first 72 hours after registration will be permanently suspended due to inactivity.
09.1. Bigtowin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Any major modification of these terms and the reasoning behind it will be previously announced in our Forum, excluding any modifications made due to events out of our control, which will be announced when they occur. A user has the right to close their account should they disagree with any changes to these Terms of Service.
09.2. Bigtowin is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you have received and pay your country's taxes.
09.3. English is the main language of this website. Any other language is translated from that main language and should any doubts arise when using any of those languages, the English version shall prevail.
09.4. All disputes arising from these Terms of Service or related to them should be finally settled under the Rules of the "Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem does Porto" by one of the arbitrators appointed in accordance with its Regulation.
